Connect Business Profile

On your account page, click Connect Google and tick Also read, which includes Business Profile. Google shows an “unverified app” screen for it until it finishes reviewing SiteWide: click Advanced, then continue.

Can it reply to reviews for me?

No. It counts the reviews waiting for a reply. Claude can draft replies for you to paste in yourself.

Does it work for multiple locations?

Yes. It lists every location your Google login manages and reports on each one.

Does it work with ChatGPT and Cursor?

Yes. Any client that supports remote MCP servers can connect: Claude (claude.ai, the desktop and mobile apps, and Claude Code), ChatGPT in developer mode, Cursor and others. Clients that support MCP’s OAuth sign in to your account; for one that doesn’t, create a token URL on your account page.

Can anyone else see my data?

No. Your account is scoped to your own sites, checked on every call. What the tools return goes straight to your assistant: it isn’t stored, sold or used to train AI models. The details are in the privacy policy.
